Mr Flint is a qualified accountant and has significant experience with project acquisitions, joint venture negotiations and management, fund raisings and corporate matters. Mr Flint has previously served as a director of ASX-listed companies exploring in Francophone Africa for gold, lithium, copper, cobalt and iron-ore.
