ADZOPE GOLD

Adzope covers ~230km 2 (under application) in southern Côte d’Ivoire. It has never been subject to modern gold exploration. Extensive and broad alluvial gold mineralisation is evident across the entire permit area, including a number of deeper pits that appear to be mining in situ bedrock hosted veins. This in situ bedrock mineralisation within a +2km long sequence of artisanal gold operations in the northeast of the license provides an extensive and immediate target for exploration and drilling.

Desert Metals considers this a priority target given its existing workings and is working to receive grant of this project to commence exploration. It is targeting RC drilling at Adzope in the first half of CY2024.
